Step 1 - Raise a request for your account deactivation by sending an email to:
support@lumeca.zendesk.com
Step 2 - Provide your name, email address, and indicate that you wish to deactivate your account. If possible, please describe the reason for the account deactivation.
- You may withdraw your consent to provide personal health information (PHI) and personal information (PI) at any given time, however this cannot be applied retroactively.
- Please be aware that deactivating your account will restrict your ability to log in and see your past information.
- However, even after account deactivation your health information will be stored and kept safe for the retention period according to the provincial legislations (Health Information Privacy Act). If you wish to know more about the retention period and disposal of your PHI/ PI please click here:

You will receive a notification by email that your SK Virtual Visit account has been deactivated.
