Your Lumeca Health virtual clinic has been set up and requires registration.

Once your clinic registration process is complete, you may log in and invite other care team members to create their own unique accounts and join your virtual clinic.
Option 1: Register One Clinic and Create Your User Account
Step 1 - Open the email, read it carefully, then tap 'click this link' to continue.
Step 2 - Click 'Continue'.
Step 3 - Choose 'I Don't Have an Account'.
Step 4 - The 'Account Information' screen - Enter your personal information:
- First name
- Last name
- Display name (seen by clinic care team and patients)
- Valid email address (as email addresses are account identifiers, they may only be used for one account)
- Mobile phone number
- Gender
Then, choose a secure password which MUST include:
- 8 characters
- 1 capital letter
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 number
- 1 symbol (*, %, !, etc.)
- And, confirm a 2nd time
Read and agree to our End User License Agreement, Privacy Policy and Consent Form, then click 'Continue'.
Step 5 - Confirm your Clinic Address, then click 'Done'.
Step 6 - Check that you have read and agree to the 'Lumeca End User License Agreement' and 'Privacy Policy', then click 'Continue'.
Step 7 - Click 'Go To Your Clinic'.
Step 8 - Click 'Set Up Notifications'. You may choose to receive notifications for messages you are invited to, when there is activity within a message you are a part of or when a message you are a part of is archived.
You have now completed registering your clinic and creating your clinic user account. You will receive another email, confirming this.
Option 2: Register Subsequent Clinics/Locations
with Your Existing Lumeca Health Account
Step 1 - Open the email, read it carefully, then 'click this link' to continue.
Step 2 - Click 'Continue'.
Step 3 - As you had previously created your account, while registering your first clinic/location, click 'I Have an Account', and enter your log-in email address and password you used when creating your original account.
Step 4 - Continue with 'Step 5' above.
When in your account, you will see the new clinic/location at the top of the screen, under your name, in the 'Select Clinic' drop-down.
