Once your Lumeca clinic is registered and your account is created, you may invite other members of your care team to create their Lumeca account and join your virtual clinic.
Step 1 - Navigate to the 'Invite Care Team Members' screen from either:
- 'Clinic' tab > 'Invite Care Team Member', OR
- 'Clinic' tab > 'Care Team' > 'Invite Members'
Step 2 - Enter the care team member's information:
- Choose a 'Role' from the drop-down list
- Choose a 'Job Title' from the drop-down list
- Enter the member's first name, last name, email address and mobile number (optional).
Step 3 -
- If inviting one person only, click 'Invite 1 Member'.
- If inviting more than one person, click 'Invite Another Member', enter their information, then click 'Invite # Member'.
Step 4 - When done inviting care team members, click 'Done Inviting Members' or click any tab on the left navigation bar.
Other information available on this screen include:
- Care Team - members who have accepted their clinic invitation and have created their Lumeca account.
- Invited Care Team Members - members who have been invited, however have not yet accepted their clinic invitation or created their Lumeca account. You may also 'Resend Invitation' or 'Cancel Invitation'.
- Archived Care Team Members - users who are no longer part of your virtual clinic, therefore, have been archived.
