You have been invited via email to join a Lumeca Health virtual clinic and create a clinic user account.
- The hyperlink click this link within your email completes the connection between your account and the clinic. It is important you use this hyperlink each time you are joining a new clinic.
When creating your user account and joining one clinic, follow Option 1
- Each clinic care team member will receive their own invitation email and must set up their own individual account. Accounts must not be shared with other members of the care team.
When joining additional clinics you are associated with, follow Option 1, then continue with Option 2
- A unique email and invitation link will be sent to you for each clinic. You will have to complete the same steps for each clinic/email, as outlined under 'Option 2'.
Option 1: Create Your User Account and Join a Clinic
Step 1 - Open the invitation email you received and tap click this link.
If you receive a message saying your invite code has expired or the link creates an error, please contact our Help Desk for assistance. See article - How Clinic Users Can Contact Us. |
Step 2 - You will be asked whether or not you currently have a SK Virtual Visit account.
Step 3 - If Yes, you will be directed to the Login screen where you enter the email address and password used to create your account, then click Login.
If No, you will be directed to the first Account Creation screen, where you must complete all fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Gender
Click Next.
You will next be directed to the second Account Creation screen where you must complete all fields:
- Enter a valid email address (this field may be auto-filled for you and unchangeable)
- Create a unique, secure password that meets all password requirements
- Check that you have read & agree with the Terms and Privacy Policy
- Check that you agree to the Consent Form
- Click Continue.
Step 5- Click 'Go To Your Clinic'.
You are now set up as a care team member in your clinic.
Step 6 - Click Set Up Notifications. You may choose to receive notifications for messages you are invited to, when there is activity within a message you are a part of or when a message you are a part of is archived.

Option 2: Join Additional Clinics/Locations
Step 1 - Open the invitation email you received for the next clinic and tap click this link.
Step 2 - You will be asked whether or not you currently have a Lumeca Health account.
Step 3 - Select Yes and you will be directed to the Login screen.
Step 4 - Enter the email address and password used to create your account, then click Login.
Step 4 - If prompted, enter your 2FA code that is sent to you via SMS text approximately every 15 days.
You will be taken into your account and the new clinic will appear in the drop-down under Select Clinic.
It is important to select the right clinic when scheduling, managing or joining appointments.
