Lumeca highly encourages patients to amend inaccuracies and make corrections as often as needed and directly with their provider.
It is the responsibility of the health care providers and/or clinics to inform the patients about their process for change requests. Lumeca encourages account holders to contact their care service providers and/or clinics directly about any changes that may be required. You may contact Lumeca's Privacy Officer in writing to request a correction, as stated on Lumeca's Privacy Policy.
Lumeca does NOT make changes to Personal Health Information. However, Lumeca can support you by connecting you to the Healthcare Professional who treated you to notify them of your change request. In order to fulfill this request, you would be implying consent for us to access your account and any personal information it may contain in order to fulfill this support request.
