Step 1 - Log into your 'Lumeca Health' account.
Step 2: (Mobile device) - Under 'Menu', select ‘Profile’.
(Web laptop/computer) - From 'Account' on the Dashboard, select 'Profile'.
Step 3: (Mobile device) - Select ‘Email Address’.
(Web laptop/computer) - Select ‘Change Email’.
Step 4: Enter the new email address.
Step 5: Click ‘Done/Submit’.
Step 6: A confirmation email will be sent to the new email address. Click on the link included in the email to verify and add this email to your account.
Note: Changes to your Lumeca Health account email address does not update your information with your healthcare provider's clinic or the government Vital Statistics. You will need to contact them directly to make changes. |
