Patients may upload photos, documents and videos while in their virtual appointment, for their healthcare provider to review.
| Do not upload 'sensitive or private' images of health issues unless your healthcare provider first requests you to do so. |

Virtual Meetings - Using the WEB on a Laptop/Desktop
Step 1 - Click the Chat button along the bottom of the screen. The Chat screen will appear.
Step 2 - Click the picture/file icon found under the Message bar.
Step 3 - Note the supported file formats listed. Choose one of the available options:
- 'Drag and Drop' - drag over a document, photo or video from a saved location on your device.
- 'Choose File' - select a document, photo or video from a saved location on your device.
- 'Take Webcam Photo' - take a new photo to upload, using the camera on this device you are using.
Your photo/document/video will upload into the Chat section.
Access an Uploaded Document or Video from within Chat:
- Documents and videos will have to be downloaded for viewing.
Access a Hyperlink from within Chat:
- If someone shares a link to a webpage, when you click on the link, note the Warning then tap Continue. The webpage will open in a new screen, however you will remain in your video session on the original screen.
Virtual Meetings - Using the WEB on a Mobile Device
Step 1 - Click the Actions button along the bottom of the screen, then choose Chat.
Step 2 - Click the picture/document icon found under the Message bar.
Step 3 - Choose the document, video or photo from the available options.
Virtual Meetings - Using the APP on a Mobile Device
Step 1: Tap the 3 dots found in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select View Text Chat.
Step 2 - Click the picture/document icon found on the Message bar.
Step 3 - Choose the document, video or photo from the available options.
Patient Consultations
Step 1 - Click the picture/document icon found under the Message bar.
Step 2 - Note the supported file formats listed. Choose one of the 3 available options:
- Drag and Drop from a saved location on your device
- Choose a saved file from your device
- Take a webcam photo
The photo/document/video will upload into the Chat section.
Access an Uploaded Document or Video from within Chat:
- Documents and videos will have to be downloaded for viewing.
Access a Hyperlink from within Chat:
- If someone shares a link to a webpage, when you click on the link, note the Warning then tap Continue. The webpage will open in a new screen, however you will remain in your patient consultation on the original screen.
Access Chat After Entering a Video with your Provider:
Continue with the same steps as above under 'Video Meetings'.
