- Ensure you have your device placed on a stable surface, not walking or driving, as movement can cause the video to freeze or disconnect.
- A good internet/wifi connection is important. If your internet bandwidth is too poor/weak, the video feature may not work properly. If so, the healthcare provider may proceed with the consultation over phone call instead. If they do call you, it is important you answer immediately.
