I Have Been Waiting in My Consultation and Cannot Wait Any Longer - How Do I Reschedule My Appointment?

Step 1 - Type a chat message into the consultation letting your healthcare provider know you cannot wait any longer and will need to reschedule. 

Step 2 - Leave the consultation and log out of SK Virtual Visit.  

Using the App:	On the Web:
Select Menu along the bottom of your screen Click Logout	There are two areas where you can log out: Under Account > Logout At the bottom of the green dashboard, click Logout

• If prompted, tap Logout to confirm.

Step 3 - Call your healthcare provider’s clinic directly to reschedule your appointment.
