Meeting participant videos and chat photos are defaulted to show as blurred, which means when you start your video meeting, the other participant(s)' video image is blurred and images that are uploaded by anyone in 'Chat' are blurred.
- You may change the default at any time under your 'Account' settings.
- You may 'Unblur/Blur' participant's video image while in the video call.
Step 1 - From the left navigation bar, click 'Account', then choose 'Settings'.
Step 2 - Uncheck the 'Blur Video' and/or 'Blur photos in chat' boxes.
When a change is made, a banner will appear at the top of your screen, confirming the change.
Also, the meeting host may Unblur/Blur others once in a video meeting by clicking the 'Unblur/Blur All Video' button.
