Patients are not able to enter their patient consultations until 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. The 'I'm Ready for My Appointment' button will be greyed out and not available until then.
Note: if the doctor is running ahead of schedule, they may send you a message early saying they are ready, at which time the button will activate and you will be able to join the consultation.
