Patient/Client users access the patient version of the platform:
- from a mobile device using the 'Lumeca Health' app, or
- on the web on a laptop or desktop computer at https://lumecaapp.com/app/?screen=login.
Healthcare Providers and the Clinic Care Team can access:
- the full version of 'Lumeca Health' on the web on desktop, laptop or tablet at https://lumecaapp.com/app/?screen=login, or
- a limited version of the platform on the 'Lumeca Health' app
Apple iOS Mobile Devices:
Open ‘Settings’
Select ‘General’
Select ‘Software Update’.
Your device will check for updates.
You will see either 'Your software is up to date' or a prompt to 'Download and install' the latest version. If required, tap 'Download and install'.
The current version will be displayed.
Android Mobile Devices:
Tap the ‘Settings’ icon on your screen.
Search for or scroll down to 'Software update'.
Click 'Download and install'. Your device will check for updates.
Your device will check for updates.
If required, the update will happen or you will be prompted, 'Your software is up to date'.
