Step 1 - Navigate to the 'Profile' screen.
On the Web Click the 'Account' tab on the left navigation bar, then select 'Profile'. | |
On the APP Tap ‘Menu’ on the bottom navigation bar, then select 'Profile. |
Step 2 - Enter or revise your personal information.

Step 3 - Click 'Save Changes' or 'Done'.
Profile Criteria |
Profile Picture: Optional - If uploaded, others from within your virtual clinic will see it in a few areas within the platform.
Display Name: The name that appears to others who are connected with your virtual clinic (including both care team members and patients).
Email Address: The email address associated with your Lumeca Health account.
Change Email: If changed, the new email address is to be used to log into your account.
- On the web, there is a standalone button on the upper-right of the 'Profile' screen.
- On the app, it is under the 'Email Address' tab (under 'Profile').
First Name: Your first name (not seen by others).
Last Name: Your last name (not seen by others).
Address: Province only required.
Mobile Phone Number: Used for Two-Factor Authentication (code sent by SMS text message at login). This number is not visible to others.
Gender: Available for the 'Find a Doctor' feature (if enabled).
Change Password: If changed, the new password will need to be used to log into your account.
Biometrics: Optional - Face or thumbprint recognition for additional login security on mobile devices. Features depend on the mobile device being used.
