In the event that you log into your Lumeca Health account and no clinics are listed, it is likely that:

You created an account without being invited by email to do so or without using the hyperlink within the invitation email.
- Clinical users must be sent an email inviting them to create an account and join their virtual clinic.
- The hyperlink 'click this link' within that email completes the connection between your account and the clinic.
- You were removed from your clinic. Speak with the person or team in your clinic who manages the Lumeca Health platform.
Note: only one account is required, however clinic users may be invited to and join multiple virtual clinics. A unique email and invitation link will be sent to you for each clinic. See article - 'Create Your Member Account & Join Your Clinic'.
- If you are working with more than one clinic/location, it is important you select the correct clinic from the drop-down menu under 'Select Clinic'.
- If you only work with one clinic you will not see this dropdown.
