Open your patient consultation from the 'Schedule' or 'Consults' tab.
At this point, you are only viewing this consultation; the patient will not realize you are there nor can you yet message the patient. This gives you the opportunity to review the consult info, back out and return to the next step when ready to start the consultation with the patient.
When ready, click 'Enter Consultation' at the top of the chat area.
You will then be able to communicate with your patient via chat, video or phone call:

Add/invite other participants to the patient consultation:

| Alert patient button - send chat or text message to absent patient | |

Consultation status dropdown. Options include:

Doctor forms, including:

| Taken from patient's personal account profile information | |
| Manually entered SOAP notes by the physician or clinic admin | |
| Links to recorded video (if available) | |
| Manually entered by the physician or clinic admin | |
| Past consults performed using this platform | |
| Manually entered by the physician or clinic admin | |
| Manually entered by the physician or clinic admin |
