Lumeca Health has a feature for recording virtual meetings or the patient consultation video chats. This provides healthcare providers a video record for future reference. This may be helpful for consultation notes, audit enquiries or to simply backtrack to previous appointments.
As a default, this feature is disabled and requires a request to Lumeca Health to be turned on. If enabled, it will be available for ALL healthcare providers within the same virtual clinic.
| Video recordings can take up to an hour to process after the video meeting has been completed. |
| After that time, you may download them to your workstation. |
| Once downloaded, files can be seen by anyone who has access to your computer. |
Step 1 - Select 'Meet Now' from the left navigation bar.
Step 2 - Click 'Past Meetings'.
Step 3 - Using the available criteria, 'Search' for your meeting.
Step 4 - Tap 'Recording #'.
Step 5 - You have the option to 'Download' or 'Delete' the video recording. Make your selection then 'Confirm'.
