Both the healthcare provider, patient and invited participants can share their screens while in the video. By default, screen sharing permission is set to the meeting host. The host must grant other participants permission to share their screens.

- Assists healthcare providers to clearly explain suggested procedures.
- Provides a clinical picture in correlation to the signs and symptoms.

How to Share Your Screen
Step 1 - Have the screen you wish to share open on your laptop/computer.
Step 2 - Click 'Share Screen' along the bottom panel of the video screen.
Step 3 - Select the screen or window you wish to share and click 'Share'.
Note: If the screen that you are wanting to share has audio, use the 'Chrome Tab' option instead of 'Window'.
Once the screen is visible, new buttons appear along the bottom of your video screen:
- Annotations - can be added to the shared screen while it is displayed. Click to highlight specific areas on your shared screen
- Stop Sharing - Click to stop sharing your screen
Allow Others to Screen Share
By default, screen sharing is limited to the meeting host. The host must grant permission for other participants to share their screens.
Step 1 - Click the drop-down arrow beside 'Share Screen'.
Step 2 - Click either option to enable screen sharing for 'Providers Only' or 'Everyone'.
