Important steps to follow before taking either of these actions:
- Notify your patients that their healthcare provider is leaving
- Cancel and reschedule all upcoming appointments patients may have with the healthcare provider - patient consultations or video meetings
- Archive any active patient consultations
- NOTE: There is currently no way to transfer a patient to another clinic. If a healthcare provider is moving to a new clinic, patients will have to be invited to the new clinic. They will remain a patient of the current clinic and their data will remain in the current clinic.
