Step 1 - Once your healthcare provider is finished with your video meeting, tap the red Leave Call button.
A screen will appear, asking you to confirm.
Step 2 - Tap Yes, leave call.
Notes:
- Any participant, including the host, may Leave Call and return to the video meeting at any time, as long as the meeting host has not ended the call.
- Once the host Ends the Call, the meeting link, ID and passcode will no longer work.
- If any or all participants exit the video meeting or are accidentally disconnected, the session will remain active for a short period, allowing time for them to rejoin.
- To re-enter an active meeting, click Rejoin Meeting on this screen or use the same meeting link, ID and passcode sent to you:
