Step 1 - Select 'Messages' on the left navigation bar.
Step 2 - Click 'In Progress'
Step 3 - Your active messages will be listed, with the most current message at the top OR you may 'Search' for a specific message by title, Chat ID # or participant name.
Step 4 - Once located, click onto the message to enter it.
