You will be prompted to enter the video call that is initiated by another participant. On the 'Video Call Request' screen, enable your microphone and camera, then click 'Yes, Accept Call'.
You will be taken directly into the video call.
LEAVE THE VIDEO AND RETURN TO THE MESSAGE -
Click the red button labelled 'Leave Call' on the bottom-right of your screen.
There are two options available for the message creator and one option for all other participants:
- End Call for All - Available to message creator only - the video will be ended for all participants and they will return to the message window
- Leave Call - Available to all message participants - anyone may leave and return to the active video chat at any time.
Anyone who leaves the video chat will see the message, 'Video Chat in Progress'. This message will remain visible and the video will remain active until the message host chooses the 'End Call for All' option. Participants may re-join the active video by clicking, 'Join Video Chat'.
