Join Your Healthcare Provider's Virtual Clinic When Invited

When invited to register with your healthcare provider's virtual Lumeca Health clinic as a patient, you must:

• Create a Lumeca Health account, and
• Accept the invitation to join/register with the clinic

Option 1:  By Email

Option 2:  With an 'Invite Code'

You will have been invited in one of two ways:

Option 1 - By Email

A - Patients Who Previously Created a ‘Lumeca Health' Account:

‘Step 3’ in the email (refer to the image above) -

• Click the blue Accept Invitation button.
• Log into your existing account using the email and password you used to create your account. 
• After logging in, you will be joined with your virtual clinic as a virtual patient.

B - Patients Who Do Not Have a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account:

‘Step 1 & 2 in the email (refer to the image above) -

Click either,

• The App Store button and download Lumeca Health (Apple mobile devices)
• The Google Play button and download Lumeca Health (Android mobile devices, i.e. Samsung, etc.)
• The green website (using any device)

On the APP, you may have to click Sign Up

You will be asked whether or not you currently have a Lumeca Health account.

If Yes, you will be directed to the Login screen where you enter the email address and password used to create your account, then click Login.

If No, you will be directed to the first Account Creation screen, where you must complete all fields:

• First name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender

Click Next.

You will next be directed to the second Account Creation screen where you must complete all fields:

• Enter a valid email address (family email addresses may only be used for one user’s account, as these are used as account identifiers)
• Create a unique, secure password that meets all password requirements
• Check that you have read & agree with the Terms and Privacy Policy
• Check that you agree to the Consent Form
• Click Continue.

‘Email Verification’ screen & Email #2 –

After you complete the Account Creation screens, you will receive a second email which provides a Confirmation Code to verify your email address.  (If you do not receive the 2^nd email, in either your Inbox, Spam or Junk folders, click Re-send Confirmation Code on the ‘Email Verification’ screen.)

There are two ways to enable the Confirmation Code (both options do the same thing):

• Bypass the Email Verification screen and simply click the here hyperlink within this 2nd email, or
• Manually enter the Confirmation Code provided in this 2nd email onto the Email Verification screen, then click Confirm. 

  

If prompted, click Accept Invitation and you will now be joined with the clinic.

You are now part of your healthcare provider's virtual clinic. Call the clinic to book appointments or if you have any other questions.

Option 2 - With an 'Invite Code'

There are a few ways to proceed, depending on how you receive your Invite Code:

The Invite Code is provided under 'Step 3'.

In the example email at the top of the page, the invite code is 'RBGXFV'. 

Click Accept Invitation.

Follow the instructions above for:

• Patients Who Previously Created a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account, or
• Patients Who Do Not Have a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account

Invitation Email:

Open the Lumeca Health Login screen - either,

Download and open the APP

• App Store for Apple mobile cell phone and tablet products  
• Google Play Store for Android mobile cell phone and tablet products

OR

Go to the WEBSITE  -

• https://lumecaapp.com/app/?screen=login 

Follow the instructions above for:

• Patients Who Previously Created a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account, or
• Patients Who Do Not Have a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account

Verbally or Via Text Message:

• Once you create and log into your account, click Enter Invite Code on the Home screen.

• Enter the code provided to you then click Submit.

• You will now be joined to your clinic and should complete the Pre-Consultation Checklist.

Note: Once you create your account and join the clinic, the 'Invite Code' and/or email 'links' will no longer be necessary or accessible.  

Access the account login screen by either:

• Downloading and opening the Lumeca Health app (on mobile devices), or 
• Going to https://lumecaapp.com/app/?screen=login on the web (on a laptop/computer/ tablet)

Log into your account using the email address and password you used to create your account.
