When invited to register with your healthcare provider's virtual Lumeca Health clinic as a patient, you must:
- Create a Lumeca Health account, and
- Accept the invitation to join/register with the clinic
Option 1 - By Email
A - Patients Who Previously Created a ‘Lumeca Health' Account:‘Step 3’ in the email (refer to the image above) -

B - Patients Who Do Not Have a ‘Lumeca Health’ Account:‘Step 1 & 2 in the email (refer to the image above) - Click either,
You will be asked whether or not you currently have a Lumeca Health account. If Yes, you will be directed to the Login screen where you enter the email address and password used to create your account, then click Login. If No, you will be directed to the first Account Creation screen, where you must complete all fields:
Click Next. You will next be directed to the second Account Creation screen where you must complete all fields:
‘Email Verification’ screen & Email #2 – After you complete the Account Creation screens, you will receive a second email which provides a Confirmation Code to verify your email address. (If you do not receive the 2nd email, in either your Inbox, Spam or Junk folders, click Re-send Confirmation Code on the ‘Email Verification’ screen.) There are two ways to enable the Confirmation Code (both options do the same thing):
If prompted, click Accept Invitation and you will now be joined with the clinic. Complete your Pre-Consultation Checklist to 100%. Why is my Personal Information Required? Option 2 - With an 'Invite Code'
There are a few ways to proceed, depending on how you receive your Invite Code:

The Invite Code is provided under 'Step 3'. In the example email at the top of the page, the invite code is 'RBGXFV'. Click Accept Invitation. Follow the instructions above for:

Open the Lumeca Health Login screen - either, Download and open the APP
OR Go to the WEBSITE - Follow the instructions above for: |
- Once you create and log into your account, click Enter Invite Code on the Home screen.
- Enter the code provided to you then click Submit.
- You will now be joined to your clinic and should complete the Pre-Consultation Checklist.

Note: Once you create your account and join the clinic, the 'Invite Code' and/or email 'links' will no longer be necessary or accessible. Access the account login screen by either:
Log into your account using the email address and password you used to create your account. |
