Patient Users
Step 1 -
- On Mobile device - from the 'Home Page', click ‘Profile’.
- On the Web on Laptop/Desktop - from the 'Account' tab, click ‘Profile’.

Step 2 - Click 'Change Password'

Step 3 - Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. When complete, click 'Change 'Password'.

You will receive an email verifying your password has been changed. Log into your account again using the new password.
Clinic Users
Step 1 -
- On Mobile device - from the 'Home Page', choose 'Menu', then click on ‘Profile’.
- On the Web on Laptop/Desktop - from the 'Account' tab, click on ‘Profile’.
