The "Active and Waiting" tab lists scheduled appointments:

| Admin | The user role on the platform that refers to an Office/Clinic administrator |
| Appointments |
Appointments represent scheduled timeslots. When a clinical user clicks on "Schedule Appointment", they can choose between a 'Meeting' or 'Consultation'. |
| Archive |
Once a patient consultation is completed, the 'Clinician' or their 'Admin' can archive it, so that it no longer appears on the 'Active & Pending' screen. Note: for patients with Lumeca Health accounts, once archived, the consultation will also disappear from their 'Active' screen. |
| Clinician | The user role on the platform that refers to all healthcare providers (physician, provider, practitioner, specialist, nurse practitioner, nurse, pharmacist, consultant, counselor, therapist, social worker, etc.). |
| Clinical User | A user with a registered Lumeca Health account who is a staff member of a clinic/healthcare facility. |
| Consultations |
This is the environment where clinicians and patients can interact via chat, video call and/or phone call. Patient information and history is tied to consultations. |
| Hybrid | The user role that refers to a clinical user who shares the platform permissions of an administrator and a clinician. |
| Join-In Information | The Join-in information provides details about the video meeting, including the unique meeting link, meeting ID and Passcode, along with instructions for joining. |
| Lumeca Representative | A Lumeca rep refers to anyone working with or employed by Lumeca, who collectively represent Lumeca. |
| Meetings |
Meetings refer to video calls produced through the "Meet Now" feature. A "Meet Now" session can be initiated on demand or scheduled in advance. Patient information and history is not tied to meetings. Please note, video sessions can also be initiated, and the corresponding links can be shared with participants who are being invited, during:
