Lumeca Health sends SMS text message notifications on behalf of medical clinics. This is to remind patients of scheduled patient consultations that they may have.
Note: Reminder notifications are not sent for scheduled 'Meet Now' meetings at this time. Clinic Admins must send the initial 'Join-in Information (with link) and must send reminders.
Patients have the option to opt out of receiving these messages by simply typing STOP and sending the text message.
If you have opted out of receiving these messages and want to receive them again, type in START and send the text message. You will now begin receiving messages again (Note: If the appointment is less than a week away, you may not receive a notification for it, even after opting back in).
