Having preset appointment reasons and durations can be extremely time-saving for busy clinics, especially when scheduling for multiple healthcare providers. For instance, not all of them see patients for the same reasons as others, or they may not need as much time to complete their meetings/consultations.
These are available for scheduled 'Patient Consultations' only, not 'Meet Now meetings'.

Note: If you work out of more than one clinic or location, select the correct clinic from the 'Select Clinic' drop-down menu (located below your name at the top of the screen).
Add an Appointment Reason
Step 1 - Tap 'Clinic' along the left navigation bar, then select 'Appointment Reasons'.
Step 2 - If you are logged in as a Clinic Admin, select the correct clinician's name from the 'Provider' drop-down list. Note: Healthcare providers will not see this drop-down, and may skip to 'Step 3' to set their own appointment reasons.
Step 3 - A list of default appointment reasons will show.
To add to the list, click 'Add Reason' at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4 - Type in an 'Appointment Reason', then select an 'Appointment Duration' from the drop-down list. Note: The appointment duration time may be overridden at time of booking.
Step 5 - Once completed, click 'Add Reason'. A banner will appear, telling you the Appointment Reason has been created.
Edit or Remove Appointment Reasons
Step 1 - Click the three dots (...) beside the appointment reason you wish to Edit or Remove.
Step 2 - Select either option.
- After 'Editing', click 'Save'.
- To remove, click 'Remove Appointment Reason'.
