If you work out of more than one clinic or location and wish to conduct virtual appointments in each clinic:
- You must be invited to join each of them.
- A unique email containing an invitation link will be sent to you for each clinic.
- All may be accessed under one Lumeca Health account.
- Refer to article - 'Create Your Member Account & Join Your Clinic'.
It is important you have selected and are working in the correct clinic to access your day's schedule and appointments.
After logging into your account, you will see a drop-down list to choose from:

On the Web (on laptop or desktop) |
Under your name at the top left of your screen, click the drop-down arrow under 'Select Clinic'. Select the clinic you are currently working in. |

On the APP (on mobile device) |
At the top of your screen, tap the drop-down arrow beside the clinic name that is appearing. Select the clinic you are currently working in. |
If you only work out of one clinic/location, you will not see the drop-down.
