When in doubt, change/update your password immediately to make sure the safety and integrity of your account are intact.
With the password creation criteria, it is possible to create a safe and secure password and hard for unauthorized people to crack.
You are also responsible for safeguarding your password from others. Do not share your password with others.
Steps to change password
On the Lumeca app, click on "Profile" tab, then scroll down menu to "Security", there, you will find the "Change Password" tab would direct you to a page to change your password.
Here, you will input your current password. Then you would create a new password. The password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- At least 1 capital letter
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 symbol (*, %, !, etc..)
After creating a password, you would need to confirm the password by typing it in again.
