- Invited participants/guests are permitted into the video portion of a patient consultation only.
- If recurring consultations were scheduled, each appointment will have its own unique video link, meeting ID & passcode, therefore these steps will have to be taken for each appointment.

Invite Guests/Participants Before Entering the Patient Consultation
Step 1 - Select either 'Consultations' or 'Schedule' from the left navigation bar.

Step 2 - Select the scheduled consultation, then click for Video Info/Details.
Step 3 - If you are on the 'Schedule' screen, you will see the following pop-up. Click 'Get Shareable Invitation'.
Step 4 - Choose one of the options available to send your participant(s) the appointment information:
- 'Copy' - The copied information includes the web URL link ('https...') only, which you must 'paste' into the body of any email platform you choose to use.
- 'View Meeting Invitation' - opens a screen that displays all the Meeting Invitation info, including the web URL link, Meeting ID and Passcode, date and time (if a scheduled consultation), and instructions, which you must 'Copy' & paste into the body of any email platform you choose to use.
- 'Invite via Email' - opens your computer's default email platform to send all 'Meeting Information'. All consultation invitation information will automatically generate into the body of the email.
- 'Send Invitation via SMS' will send the consult information by SMS text message. You must know your participant's cell number.
When using 'Send Invitation via SMS', you must next:
- Manually enter the participant's mobile phone number. If the number entered is incorrect, you will be prompted and the 'Send Invitations' button will remain unavailable.
- If inviting more than one person, click '+Add Another' and add their mobile phone number(s).
- Select whether or not you are currently on a phone call with your patient/participant.
When ready, tap 'Send Invitations'.
You will see a banner at the top of your screen, telling you that the invitation(s) sent successfully.
Invite Participants After Entering the Patient Consultation
Invite Members of Your Care Team (i.e. Clinic Admin, Nurse):
Step 1 - Click the '+Add' button.
Step 2 - Click 'Add Care Team Member'
Step 3 - From the drop-down menus, select the care team member type (Office Administrator, Clinician or Hybrid) and their name, then click 'Add Selected Care Team Member'.
A banner will appear, letting you know they have been assigned to this patient consultation.
Note: they must be logged into their SK Virtual Visit account, then join from either the 'Consultations' or 'Schedule' tab.
Invite Guests (i.e. Clinicians from outside your clinic, caregivers, family members):
Step 1 - Click the '+Add' button.
Step 2 - Click 'Get Join-in Information'
Step 3 - Choose one of the options available to send your participant(s) the appointment information:
- 'Copy' - The copied information includes the web URL link ('https...') only, which you must 'paste' into the body of any email platform you choose to use.

Invite Guests via Phone After Starting the Video Chat (audio access only):
Step 1 - Click the 'Video Chat' button.
Step 2 - Choose your participants, enable your camera and microphone, then click 'Start Video Chat'.
Step 3 - Click 'Dial In'.
Step 4 - Enter their name and phone number, then click 'Dial In Now'.
Multiple participants may be dialed into the video, one at a time. Note: they will have audio access only and not see the video.
