Patients must FIRST be invited to join their healthcare provider's virtual clinic as a virtual patient. They should receive an 'invitation email/text' or 'Invite Code' from the clinic.

The following users must set up a 'Lumeca Health' account:
- Patients who are being seen virtually by their healthcare provider who are using the 'patient consultations' feature.
- Guests (family members, caregivers, other healthcare providers), who are invited by a patient to join their 'patient consultation'.
Step 1 - Go to the 'Login' screen.
On a Mobile device: Download the 'SK Health Visit' app.

Step 2 - On the Login screen click 'Sign Up' (mobile) or 'Create Account' (web).
Using the APP: Using the WEB:
Step 3 - Enter the requested information, review and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Consent Form, then click 'Next'.
You will now receive a second email which provides a ‘Confirmation Code’ to verify your email address. (If you do not receive the 2nd email, in either your Inbox, Spam or Junk folders, you may click ‘Re-send Confirmation Code’ on the ‘Email Verification’ screen.)
Step 4 - There are two ways to enable the ‘Confirmation Code’ (both options do the same thing):
- Bypass the ‘Email Verification’ screen and simply click the ‘here’ hyperlink within the email, OR
- Manually enter the ‘Confirmation Code’ provided in the email onto the ‘Email Verification’ screen, then click ‘Confirm’.
- You will be taken into the platform.
Step 5 - Complete your 'Pre-Consultation Checklist' to 100%.
